### Prohibited Uses

Volumn.ai must not be used for any illegal purpose. The following activities will result in immediate account suspension without refund:

Steps:

1. Publishing fraudulent, deceptive, or scam content.
2. Distributing violent, hateful, or discriminatory material.
3. Sharing sexually explicit content.
4. Coordinated inauthentic behaviour (e.g. operating multiple accounts to manipulate the same X account).
5. Sending bulk spam DMs or mass-posting identical content.

### Platform Rules & Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the Terms of Service of any social platform you connect to Volumn.ai. Volumn.ai does not provide any functionality for bulk post broadcasting and strictly prohibits content that violates X’s platform policies.

Tip: If your account is suspended due to policy violations, Volumn.ai cannot intervene with X on your behalf. Always review X’s Developer Policy before automating at scale.
