The Ghost Writer dashboard shows three metrics:

2. Posts Published — total posts published across all tasks.
3. Frequency — current posting cadence (e.g., Daily, 300 runs/day max).

### Publish Modes

Ghost Writer offers two publish modes: Auto Publish (AI writes and posts automatically) and Manual Publish (AI writes, you review and approve before posting).

Tip: Start with Manual Publish mode to review a few posts and calibrate your persona context. Switch to Auto Publish once you are confident in the output quality.
