### What Outreach Agent Does

Outreach Agent sends personalised direct messages to a list of target customers on X. It tracks delivery, responses, and follow-ups — running continuously so you never miss a sales opportunity.

### Dashboard Metrics

The Outreach Agent dashboard shows four key counters:

Steps:

1. Current Task Sent — DMs sent in the active task.
2. Current Task Reached — recipients who received and opened the DM.
3. Needs Follow-Up — contacts who have not replied after the initial DM.
4. Followed Up — contacts who received a follow-up message.

### Two-Step Task Setup

Every Outreach task has two steps: (1) select a customer list, and (2) input your product details. Complete both steps before launching.
