# Creating an Outreach Task

### Step 1 — Select a Customer List

In the Outreach Agent page, complete Step 1:

Steps:

1. Click 'Select a customer list' and choose an existing list from Extractor.
2. Or click 'Create a list' to build a new one from SalesEngine.
3. Enable 'Auto-skip users already messaged' to avoid duplicate DMs.
4. Select the sender account from the dropdown on the right.
5. Set a per-task credit cap to control spending.
6. Optionally add a Calendly or booking link for prospects to schedule a call.

### Step 2 — Input Product Details

Click 'Next' to proceed to Step 2:

Steps:

1. Review the pre-filled product information pulled from your Context.
2. Edit or add specific talking points for this campaign.
3. Preview a sample DM to verify the tone and content.
4. Click 'Launch Task' to start sending.

### Monitoring Progress

Watch the progress bar and counters update in real time. Click 'Console' to see detailed logs of each DM attempt.

Tip: The DM remaining counter (top-right) shows how many DMs you can still send today based on your plan. Upgrade to increase your daily limit.
