The Schedule calendar gives you a full weekly view of all queued and monitoring posts across your connected accounts.

What Schedule Does

Schedule is your content calendar for X. It shows all posts — whether drafted manually, generated by Ghost Writer, or queued by other agents — in a weekly or monthly calendar view.

Calendar Views

Switch between three views using the icons in the top-right:

  1. 1List view — a chronological list of all scheduled posts.
  2. 2Grid view — a compact grid showing post counts per day.
  3. 3Calendar view — a full weekly calendar with post previews.

Post Status Labels

Each post card in the calendar shows a status label:

Orange 'Monitoring' means the post is being tracked for performance. Blue 'Scheduled' means it is queued to publish at the shown time. Use Filters to show only specific accounts or post types.
