Schedule Create: Manage Posts

How to create, edit, and organise scheduled posts.

Creating a New Post

Click '+ Create a post' in the top-right corner:

  1. 1Write your post content in the editor.
  2. 2Add images, links, or polls as needed.
  3. 3Choose the posting account from the account selector.
  4. 4Set the publish date and time.
  5. 5Click 'Schedule' to add it to the calendar, or 'Post now' to publish immediately.

Tabs: My Posts, Drafts, Templates

Use the tabs at the top to navigate between:

  1. 1Calendar — the main weekly/monthly view of all scheduled posts.
  2. 2My Posts — a list of all posts you have published.
  3. 3Drafts — posts saved but not yet scheduled.
  4. 4Template — reusable post templates for recurring content.

Editing and Deleting Posts

Click any post card in the calendar to open the edit panel. You can change the content, reschedule, or delete the post.

Use Templates for content you post regularly — product announcements, weekly tips, or recurring promotions. This saves time and keeps your messaging consistent.
