Step 1 — Select a Customer List

In the Outreach Agent page, complete Step 1:

  1. 1Click 'Select a customer list' and choose an existing list from Extractor.
  2. 2Or click 'Create a list' to build a new one from SalesEngine.
  3. 3Enable 'Auto-skip users already messaged' to avoid duplicate DMs.
  4. 4Select the sender account from the dropdown on the right.
  5. 5Set a per-task credit cap to control spending.
  6. 6Optionally add a Calendly or booking link for prospects to schedule a call.

Step 2 — Input Product Details

Click 'Next' to proceed to Step 2:

  1. 1Review the pre-filled product information pulled from your Context.
  2. 2Edit or add specific talking points for this campaign.
  3. 3Preview a sample DM to verify the tone and content.
  4. 4Click 'Launch Task' to start sending.

Monitoring Progress

Watch the progress bar and counters update in real time. Click 'Console' to see detailed logs of each DM attempt.

The DM remaining counter (top-right) shows how many DMs you can still send today based on your plan. Upgrade to increase your daily limit.
