What Extractor Does
Extractor pulls the audience from under any tweet — people who replied, liked, or retweeted — and saves them as a customer list. These lists can then be used directly in Outreach Agent and AutoDM.
Extracting from a Tweet
To extract an audience from a tweet:
- 1Go to Tools → Extractor.
- 2Paste the tweet URL or tweet ID into the 'From Tweet' input box.
- 3Select the source type: From replies, From likes, or From retweets.
- 4Click 'Extract' — Volumn.ai will fetch and save the user list.
- 5The new list appears in 'My List' below with a count of extracted users.
Using Extracted Lists
Once extracted, a list can be used in Outreach Agent (for personalised DMs) or AutoDM (for bulk messaging). Click 'Export' to download the list as a CSV.
