Prohibited Uses
Volumn.ai must not be used for any illegal purpose. The following activities will result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- 1Publishing fraudulent, deceptive, or scam content.
- 2Distributing violent, hateful, or discriminatory material.
- 3Sharing sexually explicit content.
- 4Coordinated inauthentic behaviour (e.g. operating multiple accounts to manipulate the same X account).
- 5Sending bulk spam DMs or mass-posting identical content.
Platform Rules & Legal Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction and the Terms of Service of any social platform you connect to Volumn.ai. Volumn.ai does not provide any functionality for bulk post broadcasting and strictly prohibits content that violates X’s platform policies.
If your account is suspended due to policy violations, Volumn.ai cannot intervene with X on your behalf. Always review X’s Developer Policy before automating at scale.

Does Volumn.ai follow X/Twitter's automation rules?
Yes. Volumn.ai's Reply Agent uses randomized delays and human-like frequency (100–300 replies/day). AutoDM and Outreach Agent respect X/Twitter's DM rate limits. Volumn.ai does not support mass-follow, mass-unfollow, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
