AutoDM lets you broadcast one message to an entire customer list — with optional scheduling and automatic deduplication.

What AutoDM Does

AutoDM lets you send the same direct message to every contact in a customer list. Unlike Outreach Agent (which personalises each DM), AutoDM is designed for broadcast announcements — product launches, promotions, or event invites.

AutoDM includes several smart features:
