Keep these operating guidelines in mind before running the workflow:

1. 1The extension comes with pre-configured frequency limits to prevent spam, so account suspension risks are largely mitigated. However, avoid keeping the extension active 24 hours a day. Constant round-the-clock replies will easily trigger AI detection systems.
2. 2To let you multitask while auto-replying, toggling on the auto-reply switch opens a separate window where all automated replies run.

Step 1: Link Your Account

Install the extension and confirm your X account is successfully connected to Volumn.

Step 2: Use Pre-Written Ready-to-Post Content

Open this section daily. The homepage generates 15 ready-made posts automatically every day, even if you have linked multiple accounts. Content can be distributed across all connected profiles.

Step 3: Create Custom Automated Tasks

You can build dedicated automation workflows for individual accounts with flexible configurations:

1. 1Publishing Mode Flexibility: choose between auto-publishing once copy is generated, or manual publishing after your human review.
2. 2Theme Mode vs. Objective Mode.
3. 3Theme Mode: set a dedicated topic for the batch of content, and the tool continuously creates posts revolving around this subject.
4. 4Objective Mode: input a core business goal; the large language model interprets your target and generates relevant content accordingly.
5. 5The maximum number of publishing accounts supported by Ghostwriter is determined by your selected subscription plan. All custom tasks you create will also appear in your scheduled posting queue.

Step 4: Scheduled Posting Function

Scheduled posting is available with no upper limit on the total number of scheduled tasks. Navigate to the My Posts tab to view a complete record of all published content.
